About
The information center is based in Chicago, IL and servces the information needs 10,000 people nationwide in five locations – New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Texas, and Florida. 20 Librarians provide research, competitive intelligence, and marketing support to the firm at large. We provide training needs for new and existing employees, as well as maintain the company product archives on location in Chicago. We strive to become more accessible for research needs and are available for all time zones in the U.S. from 9am-5pm.
We have a large selection of research tools, some of which are only available for use by the Librarians. Our staff is knowledgeable and efficient and is your source for information and inspiration! We are dedicated to the success of the company through our research services. Our goal is to be accessible and utilized by the entire company, as well as providing research, document delivery, quick answers, and the respository of information at the firm.
Partnerships
We partner with the Marketing department at the company to bring you information that is aligned with the needs of the firm. This includes branding standards and white papers that are used by our clients.
The R&D department partners with us for ideas and historical information. We have an image museum that is used for these purposes, as well as providing research reports and analysis.
We also partner with Food for Thought for all our catering needs. The caterer provides breakfast and lunch selections for our on-site programs. Check out Food for Thought in the lobby of the building!

About Sweet Tooth Candy Co.
The Sweet Tooth Candy Company started out in 1896 as a family-owned business and was known as “Sweetie’s Candy.” In 1945, “Sweetie’s” became known as The Sweet Tooth Candy Company when they acquired 16 other small, regional candy companies. The Sweet Tooth Candy Company maintained all the original names of these small companies in order to retain the dedicated following each had. In addition to chocolates, taffy and fudge, Sweet Tooth also produces flavored coffee syrups, prepackaged baked goods, fundraiser candy and the newest addition: premier home-use baking ingredients. The Sweet Tooth Candy Company has grown into a national candy and sweets company while maintaining a family-operated feeling.
